Cessna 182 has an elegant fuselage and a 2 section Wing just like the real Cessna 182. The company is trying to design an airplane that will satisfy the beginner and advanced pilot. So it comes with two different wings (Slow speed wing & Aerobatic wing). The airplane may be configured as a trainer that fly at extremely low speed and low roll rate. The slow speed is important for beginners to react on controlling the airplane in time. Even when it crashed, the aircraft would not have severe damage in low speed. For advanced pilots it may be constructed with the aerobatic wing and faster propeller (APC 8x8E not included) to perform aerobatic maneuvers. The molded styrofoam design may survive in minor crash and easy to repair in the field. The company has designed a very strong gearbox for speed 400 motor (Mabuchi 380 equivalent) with 3 to 1 gear ratio. The flying time in the air would be 5-8 min if using an 9.6V 1100ma Ni-Mh battery. Control surfaces include aileron, rudder, elevator, gear & flap.
